Complaint. Empty Complaint.

I'd like to complain about Jack and Jay being overall asses. They were on mine and Demps sub pouring water everywhere, I told them multiple times to gtfo but they continued pouring it around and wrote "Hai". I know their gonna get away with this but why should he get away with it whilst others would've been punished.
